BBC3 had a programme on over xmas called "2009's most annoying people". hmm, that title really made me want to tune in! how surprised would you be if BBC3, C4, E4 or C5 have contemplated one of the below riduculous prgramme ideas? i wouldnt be thats for sure. i think this list is fairly comprehensive:

Personally, my money is on "cooking in prison". i can honestly see it being made.
