Hey there

On Monday night I fractured my Radial Head, which is a tiny bit of my left elbow. It only hurts when I move it, but I can't quite stretch or bend my arm into its' full stretch.

Here's the thing. I play drums in a band, we're meant to be touring the UK for three weeks as of next Thursday, and meant to be touring Europe from the 24th February onwards.

Basically, has anyone had a Radial Head fracture in the past? If so, how long did it take to get better?

And if anyone's got any health advice on generally what'll help me get better faster, please do let me know! That means food, techniques, home remedies, drinks...etc...

I need to get better ASAP!
