I've only done a couple of gig reviews or the odd one for those free Penguin Classics in the past but I need to review a factual BBC radio show in 300 words and it needs to be half decent. Eeek.

I'm going to go for Americana mainly because it's one of my favourite radio shows but it's content is so varied that I don't know if this will be a problem.

Anyway, is there a pattern to reviewing shows? Things that you should definitely mention when it comes to format/content etc?
