bought this pre order for my mums 66th birthday. I accidentally scratched it though while testing it myself and when I took it to my mum it wouldn't load, freezing at the beginning with the loading bar and rotating circle freezing

so I bought a replacement, which plays fine on my XBox but when I took it to my mum it freezes the same as the damaged game did. I tried loading it from a different scenario, Dark Carnival possibly (the one which starts with you abandoning the race car) and got it to load. However it came up as a complete monstrosity, as though you'd taken the colour control and pushed it to full saturation. It's completely unplayable but plays fine on my Xbox and every other game plays fine on my mums XBox

have tried holding down the a and b buttons to clear the cache but no difference. Does anyone have any idea how/why this is happening ? Only option is for us to swap consoles so she can get to play it
