I have spent the past while rereading everything, and biographies of his life. Fascinating man in every way, but does anyone else get shivers just thinking about his writing? It's... it's completely unbelievable.

He is one of the very best at capturing the crux of an era, socially at least, and I guess this thread is a huge shouting recommendation to any of you who haven't taken a look, or were put off the likes of The Great Gatsby by a shit teacher at school.
