i've just had my first ever frijj banana malkshake and felt i needed to share some thoughts and views on this issue which i'm sure you will agree is a rather high priority in the life of any sensible person.

anyway, ranked in order of preference:

1. sainsbury's banana milk in the plastic bottles
2. tesco's banana milk
3. frijj banana milkshake

and if you're in cardiff, milgi's banana milkshake is actually number 2 on the list, the others move one place down.
