Anyone else ever weened themselves off coffee? IT'S NOT WORKING.

After a day of no caffeine I start oddly feeling *more* jumpy than when I'm on it. I don't sleep as well after drinking less coffee. I am also not metabolising food as quickly, which means I need to work out more.

This is actually, seriously worse than giving up cigs. F*ck this.
