The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy and Other Stories

Stiive [Edit] [Delete] 12:54, 16 February '10

by Tim Burton.

A very short book of heartbreaking and humourous tales, some only a few lines long.

Valentines present (I got her a crap-load of buttons - she FUCKING LOVES buttons! Too much, I think). Excellent choice.

The illustrations are scrawly, but convey the emotion so well.

My favourite's Robot Boy: "he never forgave her unholy alliance: a sexual encounter with a kitchen appliance."

Someone on here must've read it.
