Hello, I am leaving London and have a room for rent March onwards(depending on when you need to move in). I'm officially leaving London on the 23rd, but can leave before then if needs be and stay with me ma in Wales.

Location: Seven Sisters ( on the Victoria line which is a fast line, and now open on weekends). It takes 20 mins on the tube to get to Oxford Circus. Also great bus service...15 mins to Stoke Newington, Dlaston etc. The 67 goes right outside my house to Algate East.

MOST IMPORTANT: 24 hour off licence, a greasy cafe.

A massive Tesco nearby.....

Sharing with three guys who are all lovely. Two of them are rarely seen.

Kitchen, bathroom, living room, garden...and it's a double bedroom with a lovely big kingsize bed.

£470 including EVERYTHING. Sky, internet, council tax etc...

Landlord is lovely.

Residential area.
