somehow tower hamlets are trying to get me to pay council tax even though I'm a student. Apparently they also somehow know that I moved in before the 28th of September (my term actually started on the 21st of september). How the hell do they even know that I moved in? I don't even know when I moved in. I don't think I even properly moved in until early September.

I was always a King's student even when I left my course and enrolled on a new one starting in September (I left the old one in January). I don't really understand what to do. Do I just say I was a King's student last year too? How much is council tax for like 3 months in tower hamlets? Its a 5 bedroom house. I don't know how to find that out.

Its like all my nightmares some true. Police state!!!!!11!/pointless bureaucracy that could leave me without money for food, all because I sorted out accommodation for university a few months before term. Brilliant.
