the cleaner is mulling around so she would have heard me, so i flushed as the poo noise happened so it wasn't so embarrassing or whatever. anyway, it was nice to have finished pooing and seeing an empty bowl, less intimidating. i think the way forward is too flush the poo directly as you are finished (not as you are finishing pooing as it leaves splashing dangers that i avoided this time by expert lifting of the old anus), giving less chance of skidmarks and a fresh start when it comes to wiping. i felt very contented with the experience.
