It's a macbook that had a bit of a makeover (macover) when something hit the screen. The actual screen is still in tact, but there appears to be damage behind it. There is a kind of opaque crack emanating from the impact zone and also an inky region emanating that reminds me of the map image on the sleeve in Idlewild's 100 Broken Windows (I can't find an image of this on the net anywhere).

Is there normally anything that can be done about this sort of thing, or will it be more a case of crackbook than macbook from now on?
