so so bad. I had never left a film early until tonight. Sorry if there's been countless threads already but I MUST WARN YOU NEVER WASTE MONEY ON THIS ABOMINATION!!!

It looked shit.

I failed to grasp how she was a child in late Victorian Cambridge who grew up to be a 19 year old at a Regency garden party. Maybe that was a surreal philosophical joke or something OH WAIT those were omitted...

The music was shit.

SOME of the makeup was ok. Alice as a child should not be wearing make up and/or have dyed hair.

Terrible acting. Like ALL the characters were hodge-podge semblences of other better characters from other places, like Nigella Lawson wtf.

There was even a bit where Alice said some soup needed salt before she'd even tasted it. Fucking hell.

ANDD it wasn't even crap in a funny way - it was a lobotomy. This is the sort of film that drives people to perform sexual acts at the cinema. We didn't have any popcorn, but if we had I'm pretty sure I would have just because it was ssoooooo gaaaawd aaaaaawful. Everyone involved in this film should be blacklisted. It has ruined Alice in Wonderland for a generation of little boys and girls.

And to add insult 2 injury, it was in 3D.
