1) Hot Fuzz is better than SOTD. There, I've said it. SOTD is technically the better and more important film if I were putting my film buff hat on, but Hot Fuzz is way more enjoyable and has a far stronger second act. Just watched it yet again with the Fuzz-o-meter on and the injokes and thigns I missed are staggering. Seriously, despite my massive reservations at the flicks, it's great.

2) Who was she? I liked her. Funny, scathing and a bit minxy. Nice to see Herring back on TV again too.

3) This was a wise move. My shepherd's pie was looking a bit dull so hacked a bit of that on top of the layered, sliced spuds and grated some parmesan on top. 20 minutes under a grill and Dhuruv is looking worried.
