Some people's reasons seem kind of obvious (maybe they all are and this is gonny sink), but some aren't and some people don't even seem to enjoy it here (not just on bad days, but consistently).

With me, I'd just moved and thought that it might be somewhere to find a band, being motivated largely on the success of meths' band thread. But then I fell into this social bit and haven't found my way out since.
