I want a site that will:
• have a front page with a a number of intro paragraphs that link to the whole text (only about 1000 words) which will sit on it's own page
• each full page will have comments on that people can send in
• it will look vaguely like an old fashioned newspaper http://www.usgennet.org/usa/ne/county/saunders/news/wahoo-36/section-c/ann-pg10c.jpg
• it will be updated weekly with new subject matter and new submissions

I've tried blogger and tumblr but not getting the look I want - anyone know of a suitable theme or am I going to have to pay to do?It's not a blog.
