This spun off from my ONE interesting fact.

There is another Robert Sandall in journalism. In fact, he's written on guitars and music numerous times, and therefore confusion between the 55 year old BBC3 Mixing It presenter and myself has happened numerous times. Sometimes we have to send each other emails meant for the other, and we once met for coffee.

He's dying, pretty horribly soon, of bowel cancer, and has written some utterly heart-rending pieces on the subject. When he goes I will simply pretend to be him as a freelancer, so that his legend lives on into seeming immortality (I will find another me when I get older and so on).

While it was originally annoying to have a name-sharer in the same industry, he's an inspirational writer, and I'm oddly proud.
