My brother just called me and said he saw some guy playing a poorly assembled drum kit on a bicycle (wtf) outside the Hawley Arms, right opposite Camden Market. Now he doesn't know much about Lightning Bolt except clips of them from the ATP DVD I played him but he mentioned the guy was fucking quick, noisy and was wearing a "helmet with tape and shit on" - not a proper helmet, mind, but there was a big crowd watching him and so my bro didn't get enough of a good look. He did open with "who's that totally nuts guy from the ATP film? Comet...Cosmic...something" so it's not as if he's a diehard fan.

Also my brother is a bit of an asshole so he could be lying but it seems a bit strange that he would. Anyone live nearby/going there that could be kind enough to confirm or deny this? LB played in the States not even a week ago so I have no idea why the fuck Brian Chippendale would be in the rain outside a pub playing for a bunch of people on a drum kit ON A BIKE but who knows.
