any vegetarians done it?

made a thai curry last night, from a jar...which I know iI should have checked before but didn't as was just too tired anyway it had fish sauce in it, as soon as I read the jar (after dinner) I could taste it and still can now just thinking about it makes me feel nauseous and bleaurgh...

any stories to cheer me up?
