Does anyone else sometimes go into a shower trance and suddenly snap out of it and realise they’ve been standing in the shower for 20 minutes without realising it and having achieved nothing? It happened again this morning – every now and then (maybe twice a week) I’ll get sort of hypnotized by the falling water and lose a chunk of minutes that I can’t even remember.

I call it the S-Zone. Sorry babe, I was in the S-zone. This is what I say when I’ve ‘come back down’
