Food of champions.

I've tried egg crumpets, eggy, muffins, eggy brioche, eggy tiger bread, eggy normal bread, eggy waffles and probably some others that I've forgotten about.

Crumpets, brioche and tiger bread work best. Do not use brown bread. If you want you can add some chilli or vanilla but best to keep it simple.

I favour a 3 egg dip with seasoning and the occasional extra brush of the mixture whilst the bread is in the pan. If you want you can make an eggy bread sausage or bacon sandwich but believe me it's not as good as it sounds.
