my house is 5 mins from seven sisters tube (victoria line 20 mins into town) and two overground stations and loads of buses

There's a nice lounge and large kitchen plus 2 other lovely house mates.

Plus living with me gets you on guestlists and stuff for free :)

room is available from June 12th but if you needed to come earlier this could be arranged.
One month's rent is required as a deposit and one month's rent in advance.

I may be adopting a dog from Battersea sometime this year, a sweet natured friendly pooch, so animal lover would be preferred.
