Seeing as I find the other relationship-tinged threads so great, I thought I would offer my current conundrum:

We cross paths a few mornings a week (for a few weeks now) with lingering eye contact and cheeky smiles etc.

Now, after asking for advice from friends and colleagues i'm starting to think it's impossible to stop and start a conversation under these circumstances. Currently ignoring suggestions of "drop something nearby", "accidentally bump into" and "pass her a note".
