Girls crying in the office really annoys me. It would annoy me if a bloke did it too, but I've never seen that happen. However, I think I can recall nearly every one of the women here crying at some point, usually over something completely trivial.

So, to all women - please stop it. You bursting into floods of tears is the reason the Daily Mail thinks it would be irresponsible for you to hold cabinet posts. And they're sort of right.
