Did anyone watch the finale last night? I loved it so much!

I think there's been a post-Wire type thing that police dramas have to be serious and realistic. Luther was preposterous and I think it's put a lot of people off - but I found that it didn't the silly, cartoonish, violent cop show in a way that lifted it above most things. I think, actually, it would have worked really well as a graphic novel.

And Idris Elba is ossum, obviously.
