- having to pack up my flat. I KNOW there's party damage which will be visible when I move the furniture

- going to the dentist next week. I KNOW there's something dicey going on in one of my back molars. It hurts.

- trying to get into my red frock on Saturday night as I KNOW I've spent too much of this month eating well but not getting to the gym. If you see me on Saturday, I suspect i'll not be in red.
