Its probably regarded as arty (not many screenings) but its quite violent, gory and bleak.

I'm sure far more people would have gone to see it,if it could have been marketed differently, although it would probably be beyond the pale to say, if you enjoyed 'saw#' or 'hostel' then you'll love this.
