I've had a pretty shit day. Really bad training session in the gym, which I didn't complete, I didn't post a parcel that really needed to go out and my Dad is yet again being a cunt.

On the up side I ordered the iPhone4 which is coming in a couple of days and I got a copy of mens fitness that has my mate on the front cover which is also cool.
