Cigarette smokers are given extra priveleges in the workplace.

The fact that due to his habit, one man in my office is allowed to have a 10 minute break from work every hour or so is wholly unfair.

This isn't a case of me wanting an hourly break too. It's a case of him doing on average, an hour's less work than everybody else, yet being paid the same rate.

Brewtime, on sites at least, is traditionally at 10am and 3pm. But this is pushing it. When I'm calling the shots, smokers will be forced to accept smaller wages or to find another job.

Smokers: watch it.
