3 x cups of tea
1 x san pellegrino fizzy orange
1 x duck gyoza dumpling soup with extra chilli (slight regurgitation of this, probably hanging onto to around 75% of it though)
4 x large glasses of water
1 x apple
1 x packet chewits

I will probably have, before the day is out:
2 x glass diluting orange drink
1 x new potato and mackerel salad
substantial chunk of cheese

If my friend, who is thinking about leaving her partner, arrives on my doorstep with her case and a small puppy -
1 x pizza
vodka, wine, rum, stuff.
