If you were to order a pizza from a restaurant, would you cut it into slices and eat them with your hands as you would any other pizza, or cut smaller mouthfuls and use a fork like you would other restaurant food?

This is a constant source of debate for me - I can't bring myself to eat a pizza with my hands while eating out. My friend however protests this is simply the way pizza was intended to be eaten, and that I shouldn't tart around cutting it up in a way I wouldn't dream of at home.
