Granny's Garden

Does anyone else remember this? Fucking amazing but inexplicably difficult and illogical supposedly logic based game for primary school kids on the BBC Microcomputer.

I had a dream about it last night having not thought about it for about 20 years. Weird. The Witch scarred me for life!

Did anyone ever complete it? I was a relative child genius and I never even got to saving the first child as it mostly just didn't make sense what you had to do. As demonstrated by this video when this dude throws a stick at a snake. One minute it rewarded recklessness, curiosity and adventure, the next punishing you for it with instant death.

Anyway good memories. Any other school favourites? I personally also enjoyed the snooker game where you had to type in the angle to pot the balls.
