Music Social More…

should we always keep the artist and their art apart?...or should they always inform each other?

michael_w [Edit] [Delete] 10:08, 7 October '10

a very interesting question that i thought some of you might have things to say about...

i was having this talk with my tutor the other day, and we didn't really come up with an answer

i ask now because petridis has written this...

http://www.guardian.co.uk/culture/2010/oct/06/critics-notebook-alexis-petridis-mo-tucker

basically saying that it doesn't matter too much what mo tucker's personal politial beliefs are, the music, 40 years ago mind, still stands alone

wot do u fink?

(obv this is for all art, not just music)
