Music Social More…

Tomorrow I intend to tell my boss I'm going to start looking for other jobs.

Is this a stupid thing to do? I prefer to be open about it (partly 'cos it makes it easier to put her down as a referee and partly 'cos I hate duplicity) but I'm not really sure what the etiquette is on this one.

I guess the only way this could backfire on me is my contract expires in March and - should I not find a job - this may fuck up my chance of getting an extension. Though I work in the public sector so it's hardly that likely at the moment anyway!
