Thread for checking if an interaction is flirting.

So, haven't really spoken to dirty dancing Christmas party guy since, other than embarrassingly bumping into each other now and again. I mean, we only looked into each others while grinding crotches and spilled out life stories galore, but still can't make eye contact now.

Anyway, he's leaving (vaguely remember him mentioning it) and today he was standing around near my desk with his laptop looking confused, so I said 'are you ok?' and he said he didn't know what to do with his laptop, so I said I wasn't sure, probably just give it to IT and then we sort of smiled and he walked off.

So, I sent an email to IT with him copied in saying
"Hi, ****** is leaving us on Friday :(

Should he just bring his laptop over to you?"

Is that flirting?
