Wild stab in the dark here, but do any DiSers work at HSBC UK or have any contacts there? They lost a $1100 transfer of mine nearly a month ago and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone in the UK who is able or willing to solve the problem. Like many big organisations, their management like to hide behind generic email addresses and automated phone numbers. Cheers.
