I can't find my latest passport (I fear I dropped it when running for a train) and it's my third loss. The first was over three years ago now but does anyone know the gov rules regarding getting another?

Good scenario: Can get another one, but only a 3 year one

Bad Scenario: Have to wait several years to apply again.
