I mean, apart from the various religeons having been so vehement in saying that there cant be women in high places in religeous heirarchys, so that now they cant very well back down without appearing to be contradicting themselves and looking like nothing they say is immutable....is there anything else that should prevent all religeons to admit women to the highest office?

Im not of that ilk, but I cant help but think that one cant remove organised religeon following overnight, so perhaps they would be much better with a woman at the helm
