So after watching 12 Years A Slave and struggling to read the text at the end, I think I've finally decided to accept I'm a flawed, imperfect man and that I should get some glasses that I was strongly encouraged to get by opticians months a go.

I don't know anything about buying glasses. Boot Opticians seem to have a decent range and have a deal where you buy a designer brand and get one of their own free as well. However, a lot of these seem really expensive compared to internet websites. HOWEVER, you can't try glasses on from a website can you? Can they do specific prescriptions too?

Also, what are some good websites for glasses?
