Don't know if anyone's been watching Britain's Best Bakery? It's basically a typically ITV rip-off hybrid of Masterchef The Professionals and the Great British Bake Off. But it's pretty good if you can ignore the formulaicness of it actually.

My ex-gf's family bakery just got through to the final three. If you're watching you'll know them as the "quirky artisan sibling bakers" as the voice over continually refers to them. My facebook feed has been all over it - lots of mutual friends etc. Finding it quite exciting.

I also used to work with someone who was a Masterchef finalist (or winner? can't remember her name so it doesn't really count).
