exciting thread huh?

anyways, we are looking at getting a second loo put in our house and the man was going on about digging down, laying pipes etc to link up to sewers and water...all started sounding a bit expensive

then I read something today about composting toilets, seen them at NT places but never realised they were a viable home option...so anyone know about these things? would it end up being more of a pain to install than a standard one? Or would it be easier to just move house to somewhere with 2 toilets and a shower and so on?
