I'm really fascinated by cycle couriers. They have a job which seems to be at the kind of limit of social acceptability, but they're servicing big business. Whenever they're portrayed in fiction (Tyres in Spaced, loads in Will Self books), they're all druggie, misanthropic, semi-spiritual weirdos. I think the real ones might be like that too.
