hi guys

so i've got a new job, which is all good, but the pension scheme they offer is not so good. currently my pension contributions are matched up to 5%, (i put in 5% of my earnings and the company puts in an additional 5%), but the new place is much much smaller that here and they don't offer company contributions at all.
so.................... is it worth me continuing with pensions or is there something i can be doing that is a bit smarter?
