Do you think this will stop me from being able to hear my neighbours from across the hall watch TV, have sex, yawn and shout 'oi-oi!' all the time? It's not that bad cause I have earphones and earplugs 90% of the time indoors anyway, but ever since I've come back from home I've started to remember how annoying it is living next door to this gopher I've never met.

No really, is there anything that can be done to minimize sound from a flat to another. sorry for the weird writing I've spent all night doing work nonstop.
