Afternoon all, thanks for joining us at this time (in particular to those of you dialing in remotely), I think we're basically all here so I'm just going to kick off. Nobody sent any AOB so there's just the one agenda point today, and Janet's offered to take a note of the actions (thanks Janet). Nothing formal, I'll just make sure we're all on the same page and then open it up to the floor.

So first, for clarity, by "buff" we mean the multifunctional headwear. Has someone got one they can wave for us all to see..? Ah, there we go, thanks Tim (sorry to those online if you couldn't see that, but I'm pretty sure you all know what we're talking about anyway).

My notes have got mixed up a bit here (technical issues, sorry), but these are definitely strongly-opinionated one way or the other: lonzy, marckee & EmO. Some of that's just a straw man anyway, so feel free to knock it down.
