THE RULES:

make two lists, one for herbs, one for spices. Each list will have all at least 3 entries but it is NOT a top 3/4/5 whatever, but a representative sample where the one at the top is your favourite and the one at the bottom is your most hated. So for me I love cardamom but terrified of asafoetida so for me:
