I reckon I say it more than any other word.
Not just to make an apology, I usually say it instead of excuse me/pardon if I mishear or need to get past or hold of something.
I even use it to get someone's attention sometimes instead of hello, in shops or something.
Maybe up to 30 times any given day, it's becoming a problem. You?
