Poached eggs, now I remember some of you telling me that they're dead easy to do and that I should wise up but I just couldn't do them. I couldn't do them until recently that is. Some of you will wince at this but I was using those little silicon pouches and then I weaned myself off the pouches until now I'm just riding bare back. I love doing poached eggs now, do them every weekend.
