In theory, what's my ballpark payout for an in-house coder? Back- and front-end ability (oo er), albeit with sites running on WP or similar.

Job would be 9-5, 5 days a week, to look after 2 x websites (one US one UK), 1 x app.

Everything in the back is pretty standard too - woocommerce, Braintree and so on.

No full rebuilds (to begin with), all maintaining/tweaking.

Is 40k optimistic?
