Pros:
- mostly lets me get on with big projects on my own.
- doesn't mind me working from home.

Cons
- not very good at his actual job meaning that over the past 2 years, we have essentially switched roles.
- micromanages the shit out of really unimportant minor tasks.
- looks at my screen regularly but tries to hide doing so. Sometimes I catch him and ask if he wants something and he gets all flustered and embarrassed.
- is the general butt of departmental jokes. He once reported someone on the floor below us to HR for laughing too loud.
